What we collect

Life180 Labs ("L180," "we," "us") collects information in two ways: what you choose to give us, and standard technical data collected automatically when you visit the site.

Information you give us

  • Your name and work email, when you submit the contact form.
  • Any details you share about your business, goals, or project - through the contact form's optional message field, or during a discovery call.
  • Scheduling details (name, email, selected time) when you book a call through our Calendly booking widget.
  • Any information you send us directly by email or WhatsApp.

Information collected automatically

  • Standard analytics data - pages visited, general location (city/country level), device and browser type, and referring site - via Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.

How we use it

  • To respond to your inquiry and recommend a relevant next step.
  • To schedule and conduct discovery calls or AI Audit sessions.
  • To understand how visitors use the site, so we can improve it.
  • To meet legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for anything beyond the purposes above.

Cookies & analytics

The site uses Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, which set cookies to distinguish visitors and measure site usage in aggregate. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or block cookies generally through your browser settings.

Third parties we work with

We share information with a small number of service providers only as needed to run the site and our booking process:

  • Calendly - for scheduling discovery calls. See Calendly's privacy policy.
  • Google (Analytics & Tag Manager) - for site analytics. See Google's privacy policy.
  • Railway - our hosting provider for the site and the Our Work case-study database.

We do not sell or rent your information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Data retention

We keep inquiry and project information for as long as it's relevant to an active or prospective engagement, and for a reasonable period after in case you get back in touch. You can ask us to delete your information at any time - see Contact below.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

  • Tell you what information we hold about you.
  • Correct information that's inaccurate.
  • Delete your information, where we're not required to keep it for legal or accounting reasons.
