Using the site

The content on this site - including case studies, diagrams, and written material - is provided for general information about Life180 Labs and our services. You're welcome to browse, share links to, and reference this site; you may not copy, republish, or reuse our content, branding, or case-study material without asking us first.

Engagements & discovery calls

A free AI Audit or a "Talk to an Expert" call is a diagnostic conversation, not a binding commitment on either side. Any paid engagement - a strategy sprint, a development project, an operations partnership, or a training program - is governed by its own separate written agreement (a proposal, statement of work, or contract) agreed between L180 and you before work begins. These website terms don't themselves create a service contract.

Intellectual property

Unless a signed agreement says otherwise, systems, code, and deliverables we build for a client under a paid engagement belong to that client on the terms set out in the engagement's own contract. Our own frameworks, internal tools, and pre-existing methods remain ours. Case studies published on this site describe real work; specific client names, data, and confidential details are shared only with permission.

Confidentiality & NDAs

We're glad to sign an NDA before discussing anything confidential - just say so when you reach out. Until an NDA or engagement contract is in place, please avoid sharing sensitive business or technical details through the contact form or an initial call.

Liability

This site and its content are provided "as is." We've made a good-faith effort to keep it accurate, but we don't guarantee that every detail is current or error-free, and we're not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of website content rather than a direct engagement with us.
